Only after the prospective buyer has confirmed that they have access to the appropriate funds and have signed a confidentiality agreement will we pass them onto you to meet you and negotiate any potential sale. We will receive any offers, negotiate on your behalf and stay in close communication with you, giving advice on the next steps.
