This is a cash buyer who can move immediately who is looking to acquire an accountancy workload to merge into the existing mixture of accountancy, Corporation Tax and non-statutory audit work.

The target area is for clients based in Oxfordshire and M40 corridor.

The purchaser is willing to spend up to a maximum of £50,000.

The client base can be varied ranging from sole traders and partnerships to limited companies with a turnover of up to £2m.
