Established firm is seeking to expand through acquiring a second business of a sole practitioner or an associated block of fees.

This is a buyer who can move immediately who is looking to acquire an accountancy workload to merge into the existing mixture of accountancy, Corporation Tax and non-statutory audit work.

The target area is for clients based in East London and perhaps Essex and the M11 corridor.

The purchaser is willing to spend up to a maximum of £200,000 with settlement achieved through instalments over 4 years.

The client base can be varied ranging from sole traders and partnerships to limited companies including LLPs with a turnover of up to £1m.
