This is a buyer who can move immediately and who is looking to acquire an accountancy practice that has been established for about 5 years to combine with the present accountancy, bookkeeping, taxation and non-statutory audit work.

The purchaser is willing to spend up to a maximum of £70,000 with settlement over 3 years in the form of an earn-out.

The client base can be varied ranging from sole traders and partnerships to small limited companies seeking advice and financial skills.
