We have a national firm or solicitors who are looking to grow through acquisition. They have offices in london and also the north west of the UK (Manchester, Liverpool).

Area for acquisitions: London, North west london and Manchester or Liverpool areas.

Financial position of merging company: Doesn’t really matter , it’s the potential that this client is interested in.

Type of work wanted: General firm including a relative equal split in any of the following areas of practice Commercial,Company, Litigation, Property, family, wills

Size of practice wanted: Any

This client is looking to grow in the key areas as listed above. They can add value, have infrastructure and ideally want firms and Partners to join them at their london office. They can take over the headache and offer “fed-up” firms a way out as long as they have clients! They will consider distressed practices as long as they have a strong client list and that there is a good synergy between the two practices.

Cash financing in order for any possible deal including out right purchase, merger ect: Maximum capital ivnestment up to £3 million however would consider going higher for the right opportunity.
